Our Certificate of Completion Course will embrace introductory to advance culinary skills need to begin a life-long career in the Culinary Industry. Our Junior Chefs meet twice per week to learn new and exciting techniques.
Program Details
There are 10-day, with a final graduation.
Students will receive a Safe Staff Certificate through Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association, free membership to the Anerican Culinary Federation, and recruitment opportunities to work in the participating sponsoring restaurants upon graduation.
